Changing a 2000 Chevy S10 fuel filter?

Now that good weather is here I think it's time to change the fuel filter on my 2000 Chevy S10 Pickup. I was wondering the best way to do this and the steps to do it from start to finish. Thank you!!

Bleed the pressure & change the filter. That's as easy as 1,2,3,,, whoa thar ain't no 3 ! So,,, easy as 1,2---

It is either in the tank, or under the frame. other than that I don't know.
