92 Ford Crown Victoria Brake Lights?

I have a 1992 Ford Crown Victoria, today i noticed that my brake lights were not comming on, I Have to press on the brake pedal real hard in order for them to turn on, What can be causing this problem?

I had the same poblem with my car. The issue was that there was a recall for the brake light switch. This would either cause the brake lights to not come on or stay on all of the time. This parts is only about $20 and easy to replace. Just ask a technician at the dealership how to do it.
