Default Bad Shocks Hyundai Accent Or What? ?

I have a Hyundai Accent. I noticed the other day when I was driving it, it was pulling pretty hard to the right. There also was a noise like a wobble? coming from the right side of the car. My husband pushed down on the passenger front side of the car and it doesnt 'bounce' back up it kind of sticks for a minute, than slowly eases back up on that side. Anyone have any ideas?
