What is the difference between both 2006 wrx tr and Wrx ?

I was wondering what was the difference is. I know the wr tr meens tuner ready but what the difference between the tuner ready edition than the regular 2006 wrx. Looks like they both have the same 2.5l engine and td04 turbo chargers.
