i own a 1999 chevy blazer. the check engine light comes on when i am going uphill.?

i can't accelerate and the car loses power. the air conditioning also turn off. the problem is progressively getting worse. it started with only steep hills and now i can barely drive up small inclines.

it could be possible oil pressure (check oil level), fuel pump/filter, bad gas, spark plugs and/or wires, distributer cap or rotor...i would say ur blazer is in need of a tune up
