How Do I Make My Fog Lamps Come On With My Parking Lights

on the original switch for the FOG lights there is a Wire Harness with

RED
RED/BLACK
BLACK
RED/YELLOW
RED/WHITE
fog lamps do not come on with just parking lights or when highbeams are on


the RED/YELLOW looks like it goes to the driver side low beam head light
and the RED/WHITE looks like it goes to the passenger low beam head light

how can i make the fog lamps turn on with parking lights

can i cut the
RED/YELLOW
RED/WHITE
half way down the harness and tap in the parking lights if so what wires are the parking lights and where do i find them in the dash?
