I have a 99 Chevy Blazer with 4.3 engine. It clicks really loud for about a

minute and then stops.? Could this be the lifters or rocker arms? Is there a way to tell the difference? Is this expensive? Is it tough to do the labor myself?

First, had you checked your oil level? If not, and its low, then top it off. If its ok then, you may have other issues. Like you had stated maybe rockers worn, or lifters. But I had heard the Vortecs are popular for doing that ticking noise anyways.
