How much does it cost to fix an "adjuster arm" on a 2004 Subaru Forester?

Just had the alignment done and was told the adjuster arm for one of the tires was "frozen" and couldn't be adjusted. Was wondering how much it would cost to fix and if it would be covered under an extended warranty?

Also, is there a specific name for this "adjuster arm"? Just want to know what I'm talking about when I take it to be fixed.
