Default 2001 Honda Civic lost power and now won't start.?

So i was driving home and my car lost all power and i got it off the road with no power, but now won't start. There was no smoke, no noises and no extra lights that came on when i lost power. When i go to start it, i get it to grind, but no turn-over. I tried popping the clutch to get it to start, but that didn't work either. Any ideas?
I checked the battery. Tried jump starting it and that didn't work, all interior/exterior lights work, so i have a feeling it is not something electric.

My guess is that no gas is reaching the engine. It could be the fuse for the fuel pump, the fuel pump, a clogged fuel line or even just plain running out of gas.
