Default 1995 Monte Carlo repair help?

This morning my 95 monte would not fire up.It would crank run for a second and die out.I checked the fuel pump and filter and had a good flow on the out side of the filter.Check fuel pressure at engine all was good. The night before my security light came on while driving and car shut off a min later. Would not start in neutral rolling but fired right up at a stop after a few quick cranks.I suspect a possible passkey problem but wouldn't that not allow the starter to not crank or can it kill just the injector itself? The chip on my key is loose. The car does crank fires up 1 time for a second and dies out then nothing after that just cranking. Come back hour later and one start for a second.Check plugs and I have spark from the wires. Also is it possible to do the paper clip trick on the Diagnostic Port but it looks weird it only the last two top and bottom that have wires running to the port. Possible suggestions on where and what to test next please. And thank you very much ahead of time =)

Its your key, since you said the chip on it is loose. May need a new one there.
