Default 5.7 chevy tbi sometimes idles rough?

checked for vacume leaks none found and im getting 20 inches of vacume. checked timing its ok. checked plugs they seem normal. the odd thing is its occasional. i also checked the injecters for drips or leakage and they are ok what else could it be
