 GM should be trusted with 25 Billion dollars? http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601087&sid=aTlUd82OUOc4&refer=home I think as a US Taxpayer(who will be funding this loan), here would be the deal maker/breaker. Fire ALL upper management/board members who lacked any vision beyond the next fiscal quarter(and dumped all egg's into the Truck/SUV business out of sheer greed). They ALL fought for tougher CAFE/MPG regulations, because to move forward, would require much more than the 1930's re-packaged technology sold in the US for the past 20-30 years... Shades of 1973 Oil Embargo? We didn't learn a thing! Your thoughts, please?      |
