check engine light on dodge?
i have a 1999 ram 1500 5.9 and its check engine light went on yesterdary,
I live in california, and Autozone does not do the check engine light service anymore. where can i go to see what is wrong. I recently bought the car from a dealership, and the key is not the original key, would that be a problem. Again, i ve had the car for two weeks with no prob and have driven it over 500 miles with no problem. Could it be the key?

I have a 97' Dakota 5.2L, my light comes on whenever it rains or if there is a full moon, i just ignore it.
