Need help for my Suzuki X90 yr.1996 (Ideas)?

My car has been at the repair 6 month. Nobody knows. Everything mechanical and the electrical system has been checked and proved o.k.
(Motor, exhaust system, ignition, wires - everything) No error. The car runs, but can' pick up speed.Putting the accelerator through makes no effect. It's very dangerous to drive. What else can it be??? What else is worth to be checked?
