Default Is this a good deal for a 97 geo prism LSi auto, for 2,800 or best offer with

162 k miles? is that too many miles? are geo prism's good cars? if that's too much how much should i offer the seller? it's from a private owner...just got a recent tune up with all the records, new tires..im looking for my first car would this be a good buy?
