Cheap Mazda replacement part?

From where can I find cheap mazda parts in north america? I am looking for turning signal lever (GE4T66122) and the local Mazda dealer is selling that for $60 + $50 (installation). Is this normal or is the dealer just ripping me off?

From where can I buy duplicate parts the work but aren't inferior quality? (or do they not exist?)
