Huge fear of flying and boats??!?!?!?

well my grandpas girlfriend (weird i know) is taking me to new orleans then to mexico on a cruise like thing in january the thing is im very scared of planes and big boats (just my luck) i really want to go but im terrified of something going wrong

btw im coming from the u.s.

are there any tricks to get rid of the fear because i want to enjoy the trip but i cant because im afriad?!
