Default Volvo truck model FE6 dash switch?

I recently acquired this truck and don't know the function of two switches.
1. It is a momentary contact switch labled ID LPS.
2. It is a toggle switch, just shows a picture of 4 wheels.
The truck was an oil truck, it has power takeoff but I am not using that. It has two axels, only the rear drives. There is nothing going to the rear axel to suggest it has two speed or lockable differential.

The temperature guage is not working and the tach doesn't work. I cannot find any wires on the engine that would lead to a temperature sensor or tach sensor. (It is a diesel engine).
Any info you can give me will be a help.
Thanks.
