I have a Dodge Ram 1500, left turn signal flashes fast, no lights work on back

of left side. See details.? After replacing center bulb on back left side I thought would solve problem. No lights work and I still have the same problem. Initially lamp light in dash came on and off and drove me nuts until finally just the lamp light stayed on. I had figured that the bulb finally burned out so I changed it. So what is the next approach? Thanks )

Check your fuses, my moms car had a similar problem.
