1991 chevy s10 motor mount kit?

i need a motor mount kit for a 1991 chevy s-10 2.8L v6 so i can be able to put a 1977 chevy 350 engine in and if i put this 350 in what kind of tranny should i use it has a 350 but i hear i can still use me manual v6 tranny but i dont see how that is possible and i dont belive it will really work would i have to weld new brakets for the transmission or what thanks

jegs.com or jcwhitney.com should have your mounts. Use the 350 trans. I think Jeg's even has a crossmember to put a Turbo 400 in. Nice choice of truck!

Go to www.summitracing.com and search for "s10 motor mounts swap" and you see the different brands of mounts they have for that swap. I have a set of the Trans Dapt 2.8-to-smallblock mounts and they look pretty nice. I'm not sure about the transmission, but I can tell you where to find the definate answer. www.s10forum.com is full of good info on s10's. They have a section dedicated to motor swaps just like what you're doing. Good luck.
