Default what would it take to swap a 2.8L chevy s10 motor with a 4.3L chevy s10 ?

i am wanting to swap out my 1984 chevy s10 with 2.8L with a 4.3L and i was wondering how hard it would be to swap them out is it a direct wap with the same transmission or is there more to it
