how do I remove the interior panel,,, front,,rear,,and hatch,,,,?

i have to re-do the headliner and the interior panels/w new fabric, for my 92 saab 9000 hatch,,,,,,,,,hey can I use SUEDE material,,,or is it too thin for the glue,,,,an auto upholstery shop said "can't use suede" HELP PLEASE,,,,,,,,,
