what can i do to my 200 honda accord LX?

it is still just...factory default. it is navy blue. but the paint is kinda dulling and hazed (live in Texas...HOT & SUNNY ALL THE TIME) no spoiler...rims came pretty torn up on it, interior is dark so it is kinda fading....it is really a good car, and it is in good shape otherwise. i was wondering what i can do to it/use on it to clean it up, make it a bit more sleek, you know? definately on a budget here, so any tips would be WONDERFUL. it's a little plain, and i am FAR from a plain person.
