Default Electrical Problem in 97 Ford Ranger

97 Ford Ranger XLT 2.3L

No electrical power whatsoever; no lights, no horn, no radio, no power windows, no anything. The vehicle has a new battery, new starter, and new solenoid. All tests showed the battery and all wires connected to it as good. The solenoid is slightly damaged and a bit of the inner chamber is exposed but I don't think that should effect all the vehicles electrical. The problem occured while switching the starter solenoids though and the new one was slightly damaged while being attached. Still, I don't think the solenoid should be effecting all the vehicle electrical. Any thoughts?
