how does a 1991 Jeep Wrangler 4 CYL do off roading?

i want to buy one to go off roading but also be able to use it to use around town, i live where its all sand and want to hit the sand dunes and go mudding when it rains, im planning on lifting and adding new tires. What would be great performence add ons for the 4 cyl wrangler?

Well, its a jeep wrangler so thats kinda what they are made for lol. its only a 4 cyl tho so dont do anything crazy cuz u might not have the power to get out of a sticky situation
