my 2004 chevrolet cavalier gets fuel but doesn't start .changed plugs and wires

and put in a new battery.? My engine light came on for two days and then went off. About a week later i went to start it one morning and it started but was idling real rough. It drove fine on the highway but when i got off the interstate it started running rough again. I changed the spark plugs,wires and put in a new battery but now it won't start at all.I am getting fuel to the bleeder valve on the fuel line.Does anybody have a clue because i sure don't
