Can anyone help with brake problems?

I have a 1994 model toyota camry LE,I have replaced the brake calipers and have bled the air out of the lines after cleaning the lines and both crossovers where all the brake lines go in together at and on the passenger side on the front it will not bleed out;you cannot pump it up and loosen the bleeder valve because nothing happens it don't have any pressure to come out but it is only on that side,the drivers side;and once again more than one new caliper has been put on and everyone is telling me it is not the booster or master cylinder but I think it has to be one of them can anyone help with this problem?Thank you even if you can't.
