Default 2001 Saab Convertible top out of alignment?

Is there an alignment procedure for a 2001 saab convertible top? When I close the drivers door with the top up, my driver side window does not seat properly along the top edge. I can lower the window and then raise it and it seats ok, but it's a hassle when I park and shut the door. I've taken to leaving the car running, going around the passenger side, and lowering/raising the driver window to get it to seat.Seems like the top should be shifted slightly to the left along the front rail. Any ideas?
