is this chevy camaro worth it and fixable? plz help!?

is the camaro worth it? besides the exhaust leak it has a dented up fender. but it comes with a new one, new hood, new front bumper, and 4th generation center console. he said he would take 1300 and id get it all including the set of rims and possibly another set. im only 17 but i love these cars. it has 151,000 miles. i have the money for it with about 500 dollars more to spend. can i make it a beauty with that money or atleast decent? thanks
