Default 1996 chevy s10 zr2 horn amd mirror problem?

I have a 1996 s10 zr2 and the horn does not work at all, also my eletric mirror adjuster does not work. I dont know if maybe my automatic car starter may be effecting it or if the relay is bad. If anybody has any suggestions please help

First off, I would check the fuses. Next, if you live where they salt the roads, your horn connections may just be corroded and need to be cleaned.
