how well would this engine run?

Engine:4 Cylinder 1.6 Liter, B18 B1 from an Acura Integra. It has 43k miles on it with t3t4 turbonetics.

Car: Honda Civic

Transmission: Manual

this is a show car, even so, could would i be able to use it as a car to drive as normal, what would the disadvantages be?
