Default 1999 Honda Prelude Type SH, good deal?

I'm seriously considering buying a 99 prelude Type SH for my first car (I'm 16). Its a private seller asking $7,500. The car has 90,000 miles and its in great condition. The guy never modified it and i can tell by looking at the engine that he didnt push it hard at all. I'm almost positive I'm gonna buy it, am i making a good decision?

yes you should look into the vehicle more and i dont know how you could tell that the motor has not been driven hard by looking at it.... anyways make sure its not salvaged and thats why it looks unmodified my buddy bought a car like that.... check it out well make sure everything that you want to work works and look for any details that might be broken otherwise it looks like a good deal

Sounds good to me! Do a carfax check and research the value of that model with that mileage in your zipcode at www.kbb.com

has low miledge which is real important for the year , that is why its a little over priced for the year. i always make sure i run the car on a freeway and bring the speed up and see how it handles. like you say if you have looked it over and test drove it and all seems fine go for it. make a offer , 6,900. good luck
