ibanez gsr 200?

i want to ger new pickups for my ibanes gsr 200 but i'm confused about the woring in the bass boost with the active pickup so if anyone can help or tell me how or something like that it would be awesome.(its either that or i'm gonna wait and get a soundgear sr500 or sr700 so if you have info on those i would like that alot to)
