Default 2001 Toyota Sienna Belts were squeeking Changed both belts Now no power steering

Adjusted belts several times? We have a 2001 Toyota Sienna with almost 125,000 miles on it. The belts were squeeking so we changed both belts. After changing the belts the power steering quit working. The power steering was fine before changing the belts. We adjusted the belts several times and still no power steering. Do we need to keep adjusting or could there be another problem? If we do need to keep adjusting ... How do you know where they need to be? Thanks for any help!!!!!

Probably you have the power steering pump running backwards. Try switching the belt to the other side of the pulley.
