Default Is it a good trade for my 98 prelude for a 96 integra gsr jdm?

I have a 98 base model prelude with 174xxx miles, clean title, all stock except aftermarket muffler, tinted windows, a dent in the passenger fender. It's dark green with original 15" rims. A guy is willing to trade his 96 integra gsr with a jdm front end, 4 door with 156xxx miles, lowered on coilovers and gsr blades, has a short throw shifter, clean title. Is it a good trade to do? I hate my prelude because it eats too much gas.
