Question about Infiniti G35 and G35x 2005?

I'm planning to get a 2005 G35.but I wonder that, RWD G35 may run well on snow?i'm living in Utah. quite snow.how about G35x?and maintaining cost is high?because I think I can change oil by myself. Please give me more information about this car. What is its problem?and good,bad things of it.Thank you so much for helping me Pal
