can i swap an ej25 into my 95 legacy and do a manual tranny conversion to it as

well? and how much would it be can i put swap an ej25 into my 1995 subaru legacy? and also swap the auto transmission to a manual? what would i need for both the engine swap and the tranny swap? and price wise how much am i looking at? and im really considering this idea so dont try to persuade me. any info is appreciated. thanks!
