fair price for 1971 mustang coupe???

i have a running '71 mustang with a 351 cleveland. i would say it is really fair condition. i just want some suggestions on what the price should be if i choose to sell it....

whatever the market will bear which is less and less as the price of gas goes up, unless you're selling to a collector.
