Default 1998 Ford Ranger XLT Squeaking Problem?

Hey,

Ok, well my truck has been having a real annoying squeaking problems while im driving and kinda screaching sound when i turn the wheels. It's very loud and somewhat embarrasing. Times it happens is while i'm driving i don't even have to hit a bump it still does it, also while im at a stop and move my wheel it does it very loud. I know it's not coming from my power steering pump it sounds like it's coming from the front right passenger side. Any ideas or help would be appreciated. It's a 2.5 engine
