Default Is it possible for someone to take over my car payment so I'm no longer liable

for the loan? I bought a 2006 Black Chrysler PT Cruiser for a nephew 3 months ago. He didn't have good credit so I bought the car in my name and credit and he was going to make the $265.00 a month payments. Everything was going well untill I caught him drinking and driving in the car, so I took the car away from him.
Now I'm stuck with the car, payments and a monthly storage fee for the car. I owe $12,800 still on the car (it has 41,000 miles), but according to Kelly Blue Book it's only worth around $8500.00 so I can't sell it. But is it possible for someone to take over the payments, I've seen classified ads about this but I'm not sure how it works. Thanks!
