I have some question about used 2005 toyota 4runner limited.?

I'm planning to get a used 2005 toyota 4runner limited.I'm living in Utah.and its winter is not short. But I heard someone says 4runner is easy to roll over. I'm so confused about that. Please let me know about that and some problems of 4 runner. Thank you for helping me guys.
