cooper s? What are the differences? Does one get better gas mileage than the other? What else can you tell me about these cars? I'm seriously thinking about buying one within the next few months.

mini cooper s, im pretty sure that it goes faster and the biggest diff. is that it has a supercharger.
my husband races his and its a very good car and stays in really good condition for a really long time

The regular Cooper is supposed to be MUCH more reliable than the S. It is slower but probably fast enough. I would advise driving a regular one first and see if you like it.

My source is Consumer Reports.

the mini cooper s is supercharged with better suspension and better looking wheels, different guages and better looking interior also the resale is alot better. and they are way funner to drive. the s has a hood scoop while the regular does not. also get a standard mini no matter which one you pick, they are so much fun to drive with a stick shift
