bmw 328i worth buying?

is the 07 bmw 328i coupe worth buying? i was planning to get it and give it the all black look like this:

what do you guys think? i want a car that stands out, i going to get it fully loaded iDrive comfort system etc. and probably put in a new sound system. itll turn out about 50,000$ do you think its worth it? because for that price i can pretty much get an m3..what do you think?

i would definately go with the m3. it is faster and it looks great stock. you dont have to do anything to an m3 for it to stand out.

You could get a Porsche Boxster or Nissan 350Z for this and really stand out. The 328 has above average ratings in consumer reports for the 06-08 models but the earlier ones are considered average for repairs. Power equipment and electrical can be problems so have a good mechanic lined up.

NO nope nada. 328's are the usual BMW junk these days. The headgasket will blow and the head will crap they ALL do this. And its 5K to redo the cylinder head.

seriously...the 328 is so much more worth it cuz think about it, you'll be spending 50,000 so that pretty much gets u most of the options and/or upgrades your gonna wanna put on ur car, versus getting the m3, and then not being able to do much to it. getting an m3 and leaving it like an ordinary car is not worth it at ALL. your car wont stand out cuz its an 'm3' its gonna stand out when you upgrade it and make it beautiful, not that its not beautiful by itself, but its def. not extraordinary.

get the 328, add all the extra stuff, get it in alpine white or montego blue, drop it a lil get some nice rims and dark tints and your set. your car will stand out so much people will be turnin heads on the road.

the m badge will only do so much when your car is done up. think about it, either way a bmw is a bmw you cant go wrong =)
