Performance parts?

In two weeks, I am going to be getting a 2008 Lancer GTS. I am wanting to make this car similar to the kind of cars you see in the 'Fast and the Furious' movies. I want to add some aftermarket parts to it and am wanting to spend about 2k-3k dollars in performance parts. If you are experienced with car performance or are in the street racing scene and know some good parts, hit me up. Leave specifics like part manufacturer, etc.
