Default I have an '01 1.8T, what kind of hp is available with cold air intake,

ex. and retune w/keeping factory turbo? Any suggested parts or after market manufacturers that I whould stay with? I would like to get as much out of the car with out tearing up the motor. Does anyone recommend what size downpipe and exhaust?
