Can I sell a car with NO title for a super cheap price?

The title isn't in my name..but it's my car. I can't get it in my name for a few reasons that would take too long to type out here. The person on the title died years ago. I have had the car for over a year. Can I still sell the car without a title if the person wanting to buy it doesn't care???

Yes, you can negotiate and make a deal within your family. Here in Gerogia, you get to marry your cousin and our subdivision and neighbors are all our relatives. I would be careful tho if outsider gets involved, it can spread bad immune like a disease.

I suggest that you go to the DMV and discuss your options.

Some states, (Texas), allow one to obtain a title for "Abandoned" cars.
An ad must be placed in the newspaper to locate the owner, I think 30 days. If no one claims the car a title is issued.
