Default I have a Saab 9-3 SE, 2001 and it behaves the same. What I did was to use the remote

to lock and unlock again Then the engine would start. Could it be the anti thief system?
doh i was following another question. After driving my car to somewhere and come back out, my engine would not start. The light goes on but the engine did not make any sound. I used to leave it for a while and come back, then it starts up. But lately I used the remote to lock and unlock again and did not have to wait to start up the engine. What would the symptom be? It has 93k miles on it.
