I was in a car accident over 2 years ago and recently received a summons that I'm

being sued..? for personal injury by the other party. Isn't this something that my insurance company should take care of? I remember that my insurance company didnt pay out anything to the other party because the police report showed that I wasn't at fault. Should I still hire a lawyer or just let my insurance company deal with this?
