Obviously it's secure, i've got very strong rope and it'll be attached through my windows and tied to something else to make sure it's totally secure.
Oh and I'm in UK Yes I am serious. I'm asking because I'm going to a car boot sale and can't fit chairs in the car. I've seen it done before along with a lot of stranger things then just garden chairs! If it's not legal I'll leave them, if it is I'll take. |
