Default my 94 acura integra makes a real bad squeaking noise when i turn the
steering what is it? sometimes it goes away for what ever reason but it always comes back it sounds like an old spring matress.

Loose belt. Classic loose belt description.

Don't bother with "belt treatment" and other spray and liquid. If they are slipping it is time for new belt and tensioner.
